Crown Care Solutions Ltd is based on Fawcett Road in Southsea. We do two closely connected jobs: we supply nurses, carers and support workers to nursing, care and residential homes, and we provide home care to people in the community, registered with the Care Quality Commission.
Both depend on the same thing: finding good people, checking them properly, training them well and supporting them once they’re working. Care homes get staff they can rely on. People at home get carers who treat them with respect. And our staff get an employer that looks after them too.
What we believe
- Dignity comes first. Every person we support is treated as an individual with their own history, choices and routines.
- Reliability matters. When we say someone is coming, they come, on time and ready to work.
- Familiar faces help. We send the same people back wherever we can, in care homes and at home.
- We tell the truth. If we can’t cover a shift or a visit, we say so early so you can make other plans.
